Warehouse Analyst

ROLE OVERVIEW

Due to strong growth as a business, Team Beaver are now hiring for a Warehouse Analyst

Reporting into our Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the inventory records for all goods held in Beavertown’s Warehouses.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Goods Inwards

  • Reconciliation of blind receipt checks with supplier paperwork
  • Booking goods receipts into SAP
  • Filing and archiving of paperwork

Finished Goods

  • Agree daily Production figures with the Packaging team
  • Process customer orders into SAP pick lists
  • Allocate correct stock to pick list by SKU/Batch/Pallet/Location
  • Once picked process despatch in SAP
  • Ensure correct documentation goes with each load
  • For inter depot transfers process location changes in SAP & WMS and ensure the load is registered on HMRC’s Excise

Movement Control System (EMCS) portal

  • Filing and archiving of paperwork
  • Cycle Counting
  • Reconcile daily cycle count figures against WMS and SAP adjusting where appropriate and investigating differences

Reporting

  • Produce and publish weekly inventory summary and stock ageing reports

Other

  • Maintaining a safe, tidy and hygienic warehouse according to SOPs, HACCP and Health and Safety policies
  • Ensuring that all written procedures are followed
  • Support to other departments as required and operating as part of the team

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience working in a Warehouse environment
  • Familiar with handling and interpreting data
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to manage a variety of differing tasks
  • Strong IT skills –Microsoft Outlook and Excel are a must
  • Demonstrate findings by presenting data findings to Warehouse and Production management
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Demonstrate a passion for the industry and Beavertown brand!
