Trade Marketing Manager


Reporting into our Commercial Director, a new role to Beavertown that is simply focused on taking our brand content and bringing it to life on the streets in a consistent way.  The role is very much the conduit between Marketing and Sales and allows us even more focus on making our brands look amazing in lots more places.


  • Translating Brand content into drinker sales in the On-Trade market
  • Working with Beavertown’s Creative Director to find innovative ways for our brands to stand out and disrupt in the market
  • Develop joint activation plans with our leading customer groups
  • Work with the Commercial Director and Marketing Director to create brand activation guidelines and principles
  • Understand activation performance in the marketplace through a robust review process against an ROI framework to allow optimal investment vs execution return
  • Pull together brand selling stories/testimonials for the Sales team to use on the streets
  • Ensure all Sales brand content is up to date and accurate
  • Working with our POS Coordinator to ensure we have the amazing quality POS material at the right price
  • Develop strong relationships with Beavertown’s key customers
  • Ensure ongoing effective communication between Marketing and Sales teams
  • Keep a close eye on our competitor’s brand position and activity in the market




  • Previous experience in Trade Marketing where you have made a big difference
  • Ideally you will have had both Sales and Marketing roles in the past
  • You will thrive in an ever-changing environment and be able to prioritise effectively and be comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • You will be able to take a proactive and analytical approach
  • You will be a strategic thinker and demonstrate strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a passion for the industry and Beavertown brand!
