Delicate and aromatic Golden Sour Ale. Lots of gooseberry and Sauvignon Blanc on the nose, gently tannic with tart acidity.
Brewed in September 2017 in collaboration with Crooked Stave from Denver, Colorado. Fermented in stainless with Crooked Stave’s foudre-cropped mixed culture and US05 then matured in Sauvignon Blanc and Bordeaux barrels for 22 months with a blend of Lactoacillus and Pediococcus.
