Brewed for the Rainbow project 2018

A Sour Red ale, inspired by Ancient Egypt. Brewed in September 2017 with a complex grist including ancient Teff grains, hopped with aged hops, and fermented with a mixed culture of bacteria and yeast, before ageing on Pinot Noir grape skins in red wine barrels, and Terracotta Amphora for 8 months.
