The nose is filled with vibrant aromas of lemon zest and some fennel is detectable in the background. The beer is slightly sour with an inviting flavour of aromatic lemon, slight spicy notes from the rye, fennel and carraway follow the initial fruitiness. The beer is light, easy drinking and slightly bready. Этот квас очень вкусный!
