Entomb III

A Gose-style beer naturally soured using a blend of Lactobacillus strains, fermented with saison yeast, and aged in a beeswax lined terracotta amphora for 6 months. It’s bright with a citrussy acidity, followed by a long, earthy minerality, sea breeze, and a dry, but moreish finish. We think this beer reminds us of the sea air, and displays unique umami flavours from the terracotta , and it would pair well with white fish, with capers, or fresh oysters.
